The most common MacBook / MacBook Pro / MacBook Air / iMac diagnostics check and troubleshoot we provide are:

Faulty Power Button, one of the most common reasons for the newest MacBook pros not turning on is the faulty power button. Most of the newest model MacBooks have a power button that runs through the keyboard making the device look completely dear when the main reason is unresponsive keyboard. To check the status of the keyboard, remove the bottom case screws of the MacBook Pro and unplug the battery connector using a plastic tool. and then plug it in charger. When charge AC is connected to power outlet, most of the MacBooks will Power on. The MacBook turns on only if the MagSafe AC adapter is Powerful enough for the device. If by doing this step, your MacBook is powered on, that means your keyboard is faulty and needs a replacement. If your device is still dead, try reconnecting the battery and leave it plugged in for a while and try to turn it on again. this works as a Reset on any dead MacBook device. If you are not comfortable doing these steps by yourself, get help from Professionals.

It is not uncommon for MacBook Pros or MacBook Air devices to be no power issue when you think there is one. It is much easier to believe that your Apple device just doesn’t have enough charge than to believe that your graphics card could be the problem, which is what is likely could be the case here. The first thing you should do is go into your Apple device settings and make sure your graphics card has a large amount of vram (video random access memory) installed. If it doesn't, it's possible it's simply not powerful enough to run the program(s) you're trying to run. If this is the case, you might have to get your graphics card replaced and your MacBook be good to go.

Press the button of the battery indicator on your MacBook and see if it the battery has charge. The indicator shows green light if it is charging. If a single light flashes the battery has no charge. This could be an indicator of a battery or an AC adapter problem, move on to next step.
The Apple logo on the back of your MacBook Pro is seen through the screen when you shine a flashlight through it. This can be useful in trying to diagnose problems, such as if the screen is broken or if the your MacBook is not displaying normally to the screen, but it is only visible when a torch is shone through it. There are different issues that this could be, but in most cases, it is a problem with the backlight. This can either be a problem with the screen, logic board, (rarely) cabling, or something in between.

If your MacBook is having a power or AC adapter problem, it means that there is an issue with the cord is not allowing the electricity to flow from one part of the MacBook to another.
To test this, first remove the cord from its port and plug it back in and see if the charging light turns on. If it does, it’s a good indication of an AC adapter or USB port problem.
If the charging light stays off, you might have a bad charging board. Most likely this board is defective and needs to be replaced.
Replacing this board requires taking apart your MacBook as is not user-serviceable component in your MacBook.
Once you take apart your MacBook, you can find the charging board below the fan and will look like a large black square component with some wiring around it. If you’re unsure please do not try it.

If you see a flashing folder with a question mark on the screen, you most likely have a problem with your hard drive - though sometimes it's a cable issue especially on a 13in MacBook Pro Unibody or even a logic board problem. This image is shown when your MacBook cannot locate a drive to boot from. A purely software problem is also possible, if there is a serious problem with the Operating System (you see this icon when a new blank drive has been fitted). Drives are relatively easy to replace - swapping the drive back in and out of your machine will be simple, but will only fix the problem temporarily.
